Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology (IT), or Instrumentation. Candidates with an M.Sc. (Electronics/Computer Science) or M.Tech in the prescribed disciplines are also eligible.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines.
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

Job Location & Posting
JTO is a Circle Cadre. While recruitment is conducted centrally, selected candidates will be allotted to one of the 21 participating BSNL circles based on vacancies, candidate merit, and their order of preference. Officers are liable to be transferred anywhere in India in the interest of service.
