🎓 Educational Qualification
Qualification requirements vary discipline-wise. Key highlights:
- Diploma Engineers: Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Mechanical / Chemical or allied streams, as per the post applied for.
- Graduate Engineers: Engineering Degree in Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Mechanical / Chemical.
- Human Resources: PG Degree/PG Diploma (2-year regular) in PM/HR/PM&IR/Labour & Social Welfare, or MBA (HR/PM&IR).
- Computer: Engineering Degree in Computer Science/IT, or MCA, or PG Diploma in Computer Science/IT.
- Materials Management: Engineering Degree (any discipline), or full-time MBA/PG Diploma in Materials/Supply Chain Management.
- Fire/Industrial Safety: Graduate in Science/B.Sc./B.Tech./B.E. + 1-year Diploma/Certificate in Fire/Industrial Safety.
- SSP & QC Audit: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
✅ Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST) in the qualifying Degree/Diploma exam, from a recognised University/Institute.

📍 Job Location
Selected candidates will be posted at any PDIL office or project site across India (Pan India) and may be transferred as per project requirements during the contract tenure.

💡 Inclusive of all allowances (HRA, Medical, Conveyance, etc.). 3% annual increment applicable. Site Allowance of ₹250/day at project sites, and North-East Allowance of ₹5,000 (Degree)/₹3,000 (Diploma) per month for eligible postings.
