ISRO Assistant & UDC Eligibility (Posts 1, 3 & 5)
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.32 CGPA on a 10-point scale from any recognized University.
- Degree must have been completed within the prescribed course duration.

ISRO JPA & Stenographer Eligibility (Posts 2, 4 & 6)
- Graduation (min 60% / 6.32 CGPA) OR Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice (min 60% / 6.32 CGPA).
- 1-year experience as Steno-Typist / Stenographer.
- Minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
